Read the trial & return policy first
Before you pay, ask exactly how returns work: trial length, pickup charges, refund or exchange-only. Get it in writing on the bill.

Have the salesperson name the layers — memory foam, latex, coir, coils — and match them against the spec sheet. Vague answers are a signal.
